This project involved the renovation of the existing three-bedroom, one
bathroom and three reception room houses in the heart of Alderley Edge, and
transforming it into a four-bedroom, three bathroom and four reception room
modern family home. The work involved the deep refurbishment of the
property as well as adding a single storey rear extension, first floor
extension and loft conversion to provide additional bedroom and living
space, transforming the property inside out, into a high-quality family
home making the most stunning plot and location.

When I first came across James and he attended my house to discuss my thoughts of extensive work on my house he made designs and adjusted as necessary. He dealt with the planning authorities and queries alongside any neighbours' objections.
